Team management structure

Our management team has many years of experience of Duty Free and other sales promotion operations and is supported by full back office administration services. For airport operations, the management team comprises of:

  • Team Leaders responsible for each promotion supported by experienced coordinators based in each terminal who oversee all Team Spirit activities
  • A dedicated account manager with particular responsibility for all WDF requirements who has extensive product knowledge combined with long experience of Duty Free regulations and procedures
  • Experienced coordinators responsible for each promotion in the domestic sector who oversee all Team Spirit activities.
  • Team training and selection
  • Every member of our Team has been individually assessed for suitability and potential before acceptance and has subsequent one-to-one training and ongoing regular appraisals. The training directly benefits our clients and focuses on Selling ability
  • Knowledge of the product
  • Appearance, grooming and manner

We pay particular attention to the necessary pre-promotion briefings which are vital to ensure that our clients' promotion targets are achieved.

We are also continually recruiting new members, but only do so as the result of personal recommendations, and by transferring successful operatives from our domestic division.

We recognise that even the most dependable of team members can be faced with emergencies - they can rely upon our support (both financial and practical) whenever it is needed. This team support, together with our unique practice of paying our teams on a regular monthly basis, directly benefits our clients.
